Planned results
- Increased knowledge about legal aspects of nature protection, law and improve cooperation in the field of legal protection of nature between target groups.
- Increased knowledge and awareness of judicial authorities in Poland on legal aspects of nature protection by targeting the actions and effects of the project to the judges involved in proceedings.
- Increased knowledge and awareness of law enforcement authorities in Poland on the legal protection of nature by targeting the action and effects of the project to the police units involved in proceedings.
- Increased the effectiveness of law enforcement of offenses against nature protection (calculated as an increase of cases which were transfers by regional directorates of environmental protection to the police and as a result the initiation of proceedings have been completed).
- Minimum 20000 recipient informed about the subjects and the project activities.
