The General Directorate for Environmental Protection organized a training course for non-governmental organizations on 23 November 2018 in Warsaw. The training concerned nature conservation regulations. It was the first of three trainings which had been planned in the project LIFE15 GIE/PL/000758 You have right to effective protection of nature.

The training was attended by 14 representatives of polish non-governmental organizations. The training program included 8 hours of lectures and workshops during which the representatives of Warsaw Zoological Garden, Municipal Police of the Capital City of Warsaw and Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw shared their knowledge and experience regarding wildlife conservation.

The next two trainings for non-governmental organizations will take place in first part of 2019.
